Magda has over twelve years’ experience in multinational organisations in Brazil, Romania, the United Kingdom and Germany.
Went through burnout and long periods of stress
In 2017, after experiencing burnout and long periods of chronic stress, Magda decided to quit the corporate environment and build a new career as a trainer, making use of subjects that have always interested her, such as psychology and neuroscience.
She's on a mission
Magda is now on a mission to help people lead better and more fulfilling lives, through increased self-awareness, better communication, and improved stress management. Magda is a NeuroMindfulness© Master Practitioner and a certified trainer in the Process Communication Model® and Emotional Assertiveness ®.
Understand your stress reactions
We have certain reactions when we are under stress. These can be physical, emotional, mental, and behavioural. We all react differently to stress. By observing and understanding your reactions, you can develop your awareness, ‘catch’ yourself entering into distress, and be better prepared to positively respond and move out of distress.
Build your resilience to stress
Would it be helpful to find a 'recipe' for managing your stress? To take the time to build your resilience so that ‘when the going gets tough, you will be tough enough to get going’? Building resilience takes time, however it is a trainable skill, and it can be achieved with practice. It's easier if you use this stress management training to help you build your resilience!

The many books I’ve read (and I recommend several of them during the course) My two Applied Neuroscience certifications (with the NeuroMindfulness Institute in France, and The NeuroScience Academy in Australia) Two podcasts on neuroscience that I listen to regularly and strongly recommend: The Huberman Lab, created by Stanford professor Andrew Huberman, and Mind Architect, created by master trainer Paul Olteanu, and his team. I have invested over 150 hours creating this stress management training, and hundreds (if not thousands) of hours in reading and training myself on this subject. You will get to experience all this in 'just' five hours of training videos and over three hours of recommended practices.
